Here the training process will be bifurcated in two parts in accordance with the work profile. First, the franchise management will be trained on how to carry the business operations, plan strategies, marketing, hiring, sales and promotions, logistic management, technology.
Secondly, all the employees will be conducted with training as per their job profile in understanding the task allocated to them and carry out smoothly. This training will be conducted by the experienced individuals of the brand with combination of practical and theoretical knowledge and same document will be shared for further reference.
